My experience at Urelax today was absolutely top-notch. The body massage I received was incredibly relaxing, and every aspect of it was flawless. Huge thanks to Monica for the wonderful service. I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit.
I am so disappointed that I paid for an hour massage but only received a 45-minute session. I admit that I was 5 minutes late, but I did call ahead and was not informed that this would impact the duration of my treatment. If I had known, I would have cancelled. The massage itself was decent, but I still shelled out 65£ for a shorter session. My advice: if you're running late, it's better to cancel as they don't seem concerned about ensuring you get your full time or giving you a heads up.
