Anyone in the urban zone looking to enhance their lashes, steer clear of this individual at all costs. I shelled out £65 for Russian lash extensions, and the result was a disaster. The technician carelessly placed sticky pads on my eyes, glued 4 lashes to a single natural lash, rushed through the process, leaving bald spots and clumps of glue all over. Upon seeking a second opinion, another lash technician confirmed that less than half of my lashes were actually extended. It took over an hour and two rounds of glue remover to attempt to remove the botched lashes, which wouldn't budge. I had to manually pick off my natural lashes to get rid of them. When I approached Lashbabz for help, they claimed to have no available appointments and suggested I buy a removal kit or soak them off myself after paying £65. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer a refund. I had to pay for removal and new application, resulting in damaged lashes. I strongly advise avoiding this individual. Their lack of customer service matches the poor quality of their work. Don't fall for the scam of being told all your lashes are baby hairs; she didn't even lash half of mine. I've always had full sets, and when I requested fuller lashes, she disregarded my preference. This technician is solely focused on making money and has a track record of neglecting client concerns. Absolutely appalling!
