I waited for 3 haircuts before leaving a review. They're now my go-to barber in town. Each time it was a different barber for me, yet they were all consistent in care, quality, attention to detail, patience, and completeness. Shoutout to Alex, who went above and beyond and educated me about the different haircuts and much more. Also, the place is so well designed, it's a pleasure to even wait for your turn.
Unfortunately, my recent experience at Woodland barbers was deeply disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the primary objective of the staff was not to provide quality service, but simply to ensure they received my money.
