Upon my initial visit to the salon, I am genuinely delighted with my experience. The reception was warm and friendly, and I am highly content with my hair! Claudia's skills were exceptional! Despite my confusion, she provided the best haircut I have had in years! Additionally, I must mention how much I appreciated her attentiveness, ensuring my comfort especially since I am heavily pregnant! I can confidently say I have found my go-to hairdresser! Lastly, the Melanie Giles salon is truly exquisite!
Appalling! A forearm wax should be a straightforward task. Yet, there was an abundance of wax left behind, and patches of hair remained unblended, indicating a lack of care in the work. The service was very abrupt, with a complete absence of customer service skills.
How do they manage to maintain these prices!? I was anticipating exceptional results, but I've achieved better outcomes from box dye.. after a month, my hair had faded to a ghastly brassy shade, coupled with a very basic trim.. all for £255!! I strongly advise against visiting, it's a complete swindle!!
