I scheduled an appointment 10 days ahead, eager to try out a new place. I confirmed the night before, only to have them reschedule last minute after I messaged. I rebooked for the evening, double-checked, then received a cancellation with 2 hours notice, again after I messaged first. I'm sure the nails are great, but the constant back and forth put me off.
Exceptional service. Delighted with the meticulous care. Kirs is a warm and inviting individual. Highly recommended.
