Greetings all - I have been a devoted patron of the Beauty Oasis for a few years now, but my last two visits, especially the most recent one, have left me utterly dissatisfied. I requested a FIFI and the outcome was truly dreadful - it was painful and the appearance afterward was unappealing - I will attempt to find a way to share images here. It is disheartening to witness the Beauty Oasis, which I have frequented for so long and adored, plummet in service quality so rapidly! Given this, I would certainly exercise caution in visiting the Salisbury salon as they retain the same personnel. Regrettably, following my ordeal, I will not be returning there again and had to seek assistance from another (far superior salon named Emily's Beauty Haven in Salisbury - which provided exceptional service at reasonable rates) to rectify the damage. Apologies, Beauty Oasis, you used to be my top choice, I would love to exhibit the poor quality job my nails received, yet I am thankful that I could have it repaired elsewhere (having paid you and then having to pay the salon that had to fix your mistake - and they were genuinely shocked at how abysmal the manicure truly was). It is not about the money - I ended up paying twice for the same service - it is about the standard of service. I feel disappointed. The competence of the staff has significantly declined.
Today marked my inaugural visit. Megan shaped and tinted my brows, and I have never felt so at ease during a brow waxing session! They utilise a delightful chocolate wax that is gentler, and the difference is palpable. You did an exceptional job, I departed feeling immensely content and I will definitely return! 🥰 …
Superb service during my initial experience with hybrid lash extensions and eyebrow lamination. I was experimenting and preparing for my wedding day, and they appeared stunning, although due to work commitments, I will not be able to maintain lash extensions, but I will continue caring for my eyebrows and only have the lashes during holidays. Thank you
