Decent haircut but lacking professionalism - the individual arrived 15 minutes late without any apologies, simply stating "I'm ready". Upon completion, instead of asking about preferred styling or length, they bluntly offered wax. These are basic customer service skills. This is the first time I have not tipped a barber.
The salon staff are exceptional. My son typically struggles during haircuts, often screaming, crying, and fidgeting. However, the ladies here handle him with care and skill. Despite the challenging circumstances and his aversion to water, they consistently deliver excellent dry cuts. I highly recommend their services.
Waited inside for 15 minutes before being informed that appointments are necessary, despite multiple staff members noticing me. There was no indication of this policy outside, and one barber displayed rudeness.
