So far so good! :D It's my first time at this pub. Went in for a pint and it will be followed by a meal. The gentleman that served me was such a joy to meet, connect and interact with! Very welcoming and friendly, very professional too. Looking forward to my meal in 2 days :)
I used this bakery for the first time a week ago and paid by card in full upon completion. I will NEVER be returning and I am absolutely disgusted with the professionalism of the baker that I used. I received a phone call today accusing me of not paying, despite the fact that I paid by card on the day. Emily has been extremely rude to me and has disregarded everything I explained to her over the phone. She hung up on me twice and continued to accuse me of not paying even after I had explained again and again that I had paid on the day. Absolutely disgusting! If you want to receive any kind of professionalism, I suggest you find another bakery.
