After keeping an eye on Charlie for years and admiring their inventiveness and brilliance, I finally decided to pamper myself and go for a hair makeover. I was warmly greeted at the salon and offered a cup of tea, Charlie took the time to inquire and grasp my desires and put in the effort to bring them to life. I trusted the team to take the lead and I was not disappointed when I left. I am grateful for my stunning, enchanting hair and for the comfort I felt during all the hours I spent there. It was a fantastic day, an exceptional experience, truly delighted. Thank you Charlie and PinkLemon!

I underwent a complete colour correction from a black box dye of 13 years to stunning caramel hues and oh my, Charlie is incredibly gifted. The other individuals in the salon were also delightful. Charlie ensured I had a private space as I suffer from epilepsy, and I am thankful for that as I had a seizure while there. They made me feel so at ease and welcomed as soon as I entered the salon; they were all so caring and polite. I travelled from Birmingham and will definitely return in 6 weeks. I rarely leave my house due to my health, and this was an exceptional experience all around, no negatives at all. Charlie and the team are outstanding.
