I decided to book an appointment with Katie Penny based on the great reviews I had heard about her beauty services. However, my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived for my appointment, they had forgotten about my brows and made me feel guilty for requesting them. The brow treatment was not done as requested, leaving no visible difference. Although the lashes were not what I had asked for, I still liked them initially. Unfortunately, they started falling out in clumps the next day. Despite multiple messages to Katie, I only received a rude response when I messaged on a Sunday, being told not to contact her on her 'chill' day. The refund for the lashes took nearly two weeks to process. I then attempted to book for ombre brows, but she cancelled last minute and took a week to respond to reschedule. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism and rude communication from Katie.
If you're looking to have all your beauty needs taken care of in one place, this is the spot. From hair to nails, makeup to brows, lashes to fillers, there's something for everyone. The staff are all lovely, would highly recommend.
