A small establishment, but it's well-maintained and tidy. The staff members are consistently friendly and helpful. I do wish they stocked more EBIN’s products. I would recommend it.
The team here are all so welcoming and supportive. It's conveniently located, and I'll continue to make my purchases here. I highly recommend it. They offer a great variety of products. My mother also frequents this place and has had similarly positive experiences.
If I could, I'd rate this place 0 stars. My experience there was terrible, and I was only there for a short time. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They give you strange looks when you enter, and as a person of colour, I initially thought I was imagining it. However, after reading other reviews echoing the same sentiment, it's disheartening. When I tried to engage with a staff member, he ignored me and was engrossed in his phone. It's a dreadful store, and I will never return. The atmosphere is uncomfortable. I urge you to avoid this shop and instead visit the Hair N Beauty Shop in Ealing, which is delightful!
