I had a 10am appointment today but couldn't make it due to severe traffic caused by the petrol shortage issue. I spoke to a gentleman who insisted I pay £50 for missing the appointment without providing 24 hours notice. How was I supposed to predict the horrendous traffic this morning 24 hours in advance!? A bit of empathy would have been appreciated instead of receiving attitude, as I did intend to reschedule! Perhaps some training in empathy and good customer service would benefit your business, and embracing modern payment methods beyond cheques and cash. It's a shame because I initially thought the place seemed alright, but clearly not. AVOID USING this place as they lack any compassion or understanding and only care about taking your money without offering a service.
My partner had been in agony with a corn on his toe for the last 3 weeks. I could see him in distress, so I decided to schedule an appointment with the podiatrist. He was seen on Saturday morning by Rachel, and he emerged without any pain. Rachel was extremely professional and kept us well informed throughout. I highly recommend this clinic: very professional and very welcoming. Thank you ❤️
I went to Ealing Podiatry with a severely painful ingrown toenail. The treatment I received was top-notch and executed with great professionalism. Rebecca resolved the issue and alleviated the intense pain; I walked out feeling like a new person. I wholeheartedly recommend Ealing Podiatry; the service I received was exceptional and worth every penny.
