I had a 10am appointment today but couldn't make it due to severe traffic caused by the petrol shortage issue. I spoke to a gentleman who insisted I pay £50 for missing the appointment without providing 24 hours notice.
How was I supposed to predict the horrendous traffic this morning 24 hours in advance!?
A bit of empathy would have been appreciated instead of receiving attitude, as I did intend to reschedule!
Perhaps some training in empathy and good customer service would benefit your business, and embracing modern payment methods beyond cheques and cash.
It's a shame because I initially thought the place seemed alright, but clearly not.
AVOID USING this place as they lack any compassion or understanding and only care about taking your money without offering a service.
