Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Olivia. She meticulously organized her workspace before attending to me, and even offered a refreshing beverage. Although they didn't have the exact shade I desired, Olivia went above and beyond to create a custom colour for me. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the service and am looking forward to my next appointment with Olivia! I can't sing her praises enough.
