I received top-notch service from the exceptional team at Rumours. I couldn't find a single fault with their outstanding and personalized service. The staff at Rumours are attentive and incredibly charming and friendly.
Today I visited the salon for a haircut and some lovely highlights. The stylist, Emma, did an amazing job with my hair. I am truly grateful for her expertise and skill. Even my partner, who is usually reserved with compliments, really liked it (which is quite rare). The salon itself is spotless, well-lit, and has a delightful ambiance. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel like a regular even though it was my first time there. I felt completely at ease and relaxed throughout the appointment. Emma consistently checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the results. If you're used to leaving the salon in tears (as I have experienced before), I highly recommend giving this place a chance. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Emma.
