The gentlefolk were all pleasant and courteous, however the expertise was lacking. It can be discerned from the images. The foot treatment appears quite subpar, lacking proper coverage, with excess not properly removed, and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes (not 55 minutes). When the individual was requested to tidy up the surplus polish, she claimed it would come off with water during a shower. As for the hand treatment, the second coat was not well applied, resulting in visible cracks and disparity between the initial and subsequent layers. The nail varnishes used were notably old and exacerbated the situation. This critique was relayed to the proprietor who defensively stated that the polish was complimentary, which is peculiar as we were never instructed to bring our own. They disregarded the images and other feedback. We encountered difficulties booking online, and via WhatsApp, they displayed impoliteness. Additionally, the promised "complimentary Prosecco" for a party of 3 was never provided at any juncture.
