This establishment deserves a negative rating. I am extremely dissatisfied. I specifically asked for my usual treatment - full head of highlights with toner for better colour absorption. Instead, they kept me waiting for thirty minutes, displayed unprofessional behavior by arguing among themselves, made inappropriate comments towards me as a young woman, ate without utensils, and then used purple shampoo instead of toner on my hair. They charged me £95 for essentially doing nothing. My hair looks exactly the same as when I entered. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
