Absolutely the most dreadful experience at a salon I've ever encountered. Despite the company emphasizing the importance of customer service, I was treated terribly.
Such a delightful experience at Vybe, Dave really took care of me, listened to my preferences, and went the extra mile by providing advice on maintaining my hair at home. He was extremely attentive and made me feel at ease - the best hairdresser I've visited in a long time without a doubt!! Thank you so much
Dave and his team are fantastic to spend a Saturday with! Friendly, careful with my hair, a wonderful haircut with attention to detail. Even the hair wash (including a mask treatment) and the coffee I enjoyed were a delightful experience. I will definitely return for another treatment! He dedicated 2.5 hours to my appointment, which I found very generous. I'm pleased I tried it out and I will be back 😍😊
