Had Halloween nails done this year, never had a Halloween theme before. Thank you, Charlene! So patient and talented to do them all by hand, amazing! Will definitely return :) x

There's so much to talk about this spot. Firstly, they used cuticle cutters on someone's toes after cutting my cuticles without sanitising. I'm left with some of my nail uncovered, the polish is patchy due to only one coat being applied, no apex which means my nails won't last long (which is a good thing in this case.) I requested gel extensions when I booked an appointment and was told it would be £45, but during the appointment, she used powder and monomer, costing me £38, so I assume she used acrylic instead. There's even a fingerprint indented into the gel polish. Additionally, she drilled over my skin, causing a cut, and filed my nails after applying the polish??? Now I have missing polish at the sides. My nails are different lengths and shapes, and she used nail clippers to shape them. There's also gel polish on my skin. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
