The customer service here is terrible, and the prices are too high for the poor quality of work you receive. I went in to have my gel nails soaked off for new ones with French tips. The technician couldn't do ombre or use a motorised file, and on top of that, they were rude with a bad attitude and no regard for customer service. They filed down my new nails (and even my skin!) so much that they looked like they were growing out, left polish all over my fingertips, took two hours, and I left feeling very unhappy and over £70 poorer. They were also disrespectful to other customers in front of me.About

How can i get there
To get to Polished at 53 N Cross Rd, London SE22 9ET by public transport, take bus number 40 from London Bridge Station and get off at the Lordship Lane stop. Walk south on Lordship Lane, turn left onto N Cross Rd, and the salon will be on your right. If driving, head east on Lordship Lane, turn right onto Underhill Rd, left onto Court Ln, and then left onto N Cross Rd. The salon will be on your left after passing the intersection with Crystal Palace Rd.

Just had my 3rd and 4th piercings on my left ear lobe by Mila! They were fantastic, very attentive and took their time which I really appreciated! One of the few, if not the only place in London that caters to a single child for a pampering session. Brought my goddaughter here for her birthday treat and it was truly delightful. The staff were warm and welcoming, making her day truly special. I also had a treatment and it was a hassle-free experience. The salon is beautifully relaxing, and everything and everyone was fantastic.
