I had made an appointment for lash extensions at this salon in late July 22. Upon opening my eyes after the procedure, I immediately felt a scratching sensation in the inner and outer corners. The technician used tweezers to separate some of the lashes and assured me that everything should be fine from that point on. Having had lash extensions done multiple times by various providers, I knew that something didn't feel quite right. However, with the next client already waiting, I decided to attribute the irritation to a minor sensitivity issue, hoping it would subside eventually. The next day, as I was about to leave for a holiday, my eyes started to become extremely red and swollen - a situation I had never encountered before. Fortunately, I had brought lash glue remover with me, as the discomfort throughout the night made me doubt whether I could enjoy my holiday with those lashes on. Upon reaching the hotel, the irritation became unbearable, leading me to spend an hour removing the lashes. During the removal process, I noticed clumps of dried glue on each lash, and it was evident that the technician had used cluster lashes despite my request for hybrids. The rest of the holiday was marred by swollen and red eyes. Subsequent to this incident, I switched technicians and moved to a different salon altogether, and I have never experienced such problems since. I sincerely hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others.
