I have been a patron for numerous years, but it has become evident to me that the employees adjust their pricing based on your relationship with them. If you are acquainted with them, you will receive a fair charge; otherwise, be prepared to endure remarks about your income and their assumptions. Their conduct is highly unprofessional, lacking transparency, frequently tardy for appointments, prone to double-booking, and frankly, offering subpar customer service. I was billed £60 for a simple 2-strand twist... without a wash or retwist. I am certainly pleased to have discovered a different, more professional, and more affordable option in Catford.
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and skilled at their craft, displaying a high level of professionalism. I would confidently recommend their services at any time.
