I have been to Editions twice. I was growing my hair out, had enough length for an elegant up-do at my son's wedding, and Laura exceeded my expectations!! A gorgeous side plait with a tousled bun looked absolutely stunning on the special day. Then came the time for a significant cut and restyle, about 5 inches were trimmed off, and it completely revamped my appearance. Thank you, Laura. I will definitely return.
I possess lengthy locks. I visited yesterday to request a specific style, but upon closer inspection at home, it was a disaster. It brought me to tears. I swiftly made an appointment to return to my previous salon in a different region to have my hair fixed. With my former stylist, all I had to do was explain, and she executed it flawlessly. This cut took off far too much, lacking layers, bluntly cut into a slight V at the ends when my hair was long enough to maintain the V shape and length. My hair is uneven, the centre is shifted to the left side. It's not a clean cut, appearing jagged in places. When pulled back, there are chunks on one side and longer strands on the other. It should have a feathered and polished look. I spent years growing it out to this length, and now it's ruined, unnecessary loss of length. A haircut to rectify it and more time to regrow it to the same length. Now I have to braid it when going out to mask the damage. Thank you for ruining my hair. I did send an email, and no one bothered to reply. I am appalled and distressed. There should always be supervision of junior stylists. The individual should return to practicing on mannequin heads. What a disaster my hair has become. EDIT...I sent it to the precise email address you provided. Perhaps check the spam folder. I am STILL awaiting the manager's response to my ruined hair. I left a voicemail this morning. Despite sending two emails to the exact address on your website AND matching the one you provided here, it is unacceptable that no action has been taken. I would appreciate a full reimbursement.
