The shop is lovely with excellent staff who make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Charlotte provides brilliant facials and does an excellent job with gel nails.
I'm really pleased with how my nails turned out, thank you, Caroline. I will definitely return for another session.
Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Also very cosy. I had booked in for a back massage, and the therapist attempted to work on the knots around my shoulder blades. The treatment was supposed to last 45 minutes, but upon checking the time on my phone, it was realistically just over 35 minutes. I was slightly disappointed, hence the 3-star review :) I would consider returning for a different treatment.
