Best place I’ve ever been to!! Been using them for 3 years now and I’ve gotten exactly what I wanted, staff are amazing and ever so gentle! I highly recommend 🥰
Originally I was having BIAB with tips and chrome on the end, the lady was very aggressive with grabbing my hands, made my skin bleed when filing around my nails. When she put the BIAB on, it was all uneven and bumpy. I asked for almond-shaped nails, but she did them all in different shapes. When it came to the chrome colour, she got it all over my nails, dotted across and not just on the ends. I said this doesn’t look like the picture when I’d already been sat there for 2 hours. She made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment was due when I booked. Could I have a refund as I’m not satisfied, she said we don’t do refunds, but that’s illegal. Nowhere in the shop, on the phone when booked, or online on their website does it say no refunds. I didn’t get given a receipt. So I had no option other than to ask her to do them again. I felt embarrassed and humiliated in the shop in front of other customers and staff as she shouted at me and then kept making comments and huffing. Even aggressively doing my nails again that cost £38. I would not recommend this nail place 'Nails 4 U'. I had a terrible experience and will never come back with the disgusting staff and how they treat their paying customers. They don’t have reasons as to why they don’t do refunds if you're not happy when they haven’t done the nails correctly!
Absolutely amazing!! Tony took real care considering my hands were sore from suffering with eczema. Such kind people and great atmosphere, this will be my new go-to :)
