I visited Visagebook twice, first time I was delighted with the outcome of my hair colour but during the second appointment my hair got singed :( I desired an ashen blonde and was informed it might not be achievable in one session which was acceptable to me, I prefer a gradual approach without causing significant harm. I ensured a product like olaplex was used to safeguard my hair, but it's so damaged now it brings tears to my eyes. My coworker who is also a hair stylist mentioned that with such damage only a botox treatment might aid and trimming my hair short. I had wavy hair, now it's a parched frizz :( on the bright side, the ladies were delightful, extremely amiable and their customer service was excellent.

I've been a patron of Visagebook for nearly 2 years now. The ladies always surpass expectations no matter how hectic it gets, it's consistently a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Natalie has styled my hair numerous times and never fails to bring a smile to my face by consistently achieving better results than I request. I have never been let down and always depart the salon feeling self-assured. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Thank you all for consistently exceeding expectations every time 💜

I had an appointment last Monday to have my hair styled and the exceptional team exceeded my expectations. I left with even more stunning results than I had anticipated! I returned on Saturday to have my eyelashes done and on both occasions, the entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive to their clients! Such a pleasant establishment!
