Reached out to inquire about prices at the salon and instantly decided against getting my hair done there. The Junior who answered the phone displayed a lack of competence, responding to my query about the cost of a cut and colour with, "well, what did your previous salon charge you? It will be the same as that." I had to prompt him to seek out the actual price. A poor first impression without even setting foot inside!
