The Finishing Touch, 74 The St
First visit to this salon. The stylist I had was Grace, she did an absolutely fantastic job with my hair and really took her time. She was a delightful person to converse with and I picked up some valuable hair care tips from her. She handled my hair gently, unlike my previous experiences where they were quite rough.
Despite the friendly staff and excellent hygiene (the only reason for 1 star), I was dismayed with the result. There was not enough discussion about how the final look would turn out, and I was shocked to discover that the entire back of my hair was cut in a straight line, completely different from what I requested, and something I couldn't notice until the end.
