This establishment adheres strictly to Covid safety measures, offering a warm and professional atmosphere. Having frequented this salon for years, I can confidently recommend it to anyone. Nestled in the charming locale of Brundall, where the melodic chirping of birds serenades you, a visit to this salon promises a rejuvenating experience with the amiable staff.
I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule an appointment by phone, I have yet to receive a response. I've called on various days and even reached out via Facebook, yet a week has passed with no reply. Unless I can visit in person, which isn't always feasible, I seem unable to secure an appointment. Not very satisfactory.
Kieran was incredibly accommodating at such short notice. The beauty parlour boasts a pristine setting, and they conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, donning gloves when piercing my tragus. I'd wholeheartedly endorse their services to all!
