Terrible experience.. I never leave negative reviews, but I was so let down by my visit that I feel compelled to share:( I had booked a lash lift at Pannache. Their Facebook photos of lash lifts looked fantastic. I had never had a bad lash lift before. However, this first visit to Pannache was a disaster. A young woman performed the lash lift, and I left with lashes even straighter than before. They had no curl at all. Upon closer inspection at home, I noticed my left eye had broken and bald lashes where they were pulled out too harshly. I paid £33 for this service and I am truly frustrated by the lack of quality. I am now put off getting a lash lift anywhere else. My lashes are in a terrible state - broken, straight, and lifeless. The lady at the desk seemed to notice how bad they were, as she asked the girl about the shield used on my lashes. I was too shocked to react at the time.
