I am unsure about the quality of products, sterilization, or cleanliness maintained at this establishment. I observed no sanitization of the area after a client and was immediately asked to take a seat. I opted for eyebrow waxing, which initially didn't cause much discomfort. However, when she proceeded to thread over the waxed area, the pain was excruciating, and now my skin is burnt and throbbing almost a day later post-procedure.

If you want to impress with your brows, head to Zara. She is incredibly courteous and skilled. Always wears a smile. However, if her son is around, steer clear. Save your time and money, as he's exceptionally impolite, lacks customer service skills, and struggles with basic eyebrow threading. I believe the negative feedback is mainly due to this discourteous gentleman. If you're scheduling an appointment, make sure it's only with Zara.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I underwent a lash lift, tint, and eyebrow wax. The technician failed to inquire about the desired shape of my eyebrows, resulting in them being thinner and more rounded than I desired after years of growing them out for a thicker, arched look. The lash lift and tint did not yield satisfactory results either - minimal lift and darkening, along with unsightly stains on my eyelids. Disappointed overall, given the high expectations set by previous reviews. Regret not choosing a different salon.
