The personnel were exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. Amenities - Starting to exhibit signs of wear and tear, with a few tiles missing around the hot tub. The relaxation lounges post-massage appeared soiled. Massage - It has been a while since I've had one in the UK, but it felt like a perfunctory massage to me. It solely covered the upper back and upper front, omitting the sides of the body or legs. No attention given to the higher back, shoulders, neck, chest, hands, feet, or body sides. The massage therapist was very amiable. No Prosecco was provided as advertised.
