My initial massage session with Olivia for a sports therapy massage was on Monday and I am beyond grateful. She thoroughly assessed my shoulder issue, checked my posture, and delivered an exceptional massage. Afterwards, she emailed me a detailed exercise routine with images to help strengthen my muscles. First time having my nails done by the lovely Chloe. I'm a super fuss pot! Chloe was a perfectionist and I can not fault the treatment at all. She is so lovely to sit with, super calm and quiet just what you need at times. Chloe follows the clients lead - if you want to chat she will chat.If you just want to sit in silence she leaves you alone. I always used to think you had to make conversation all the time when infact you don't. Chloe personally is a lovely, very knowledgeable therapist and really compliments the salon well. Blush I bet you're super proud to have her as part of your team representing your brand she really has a superb talent and most certainly an asset . I would without any hesitation recomend Chloe

Amenities - Starting to exhibit signs of wear and tear, with a few tiles missing around the hot tub. The relaxation lounges post-massage appeared soiled.
Massage - It has been a while since I've had one in the UK, but it felt like a perfunctory massage to me. It solely covered the upper back and upper front, omitting the sides of the body or legs. No attention given to the higher back, shoulders, neck, chest, hands, feet, or body sides. The massage therapist was very amiable.
