The staff at HD are truly exceptional. My daughter and I have indulged in various treatments - lashes, brows, nails, and facials - with Harriet, Victor, and Ella. Each of them excels in their craft. Incredibly welcoming, and the salon exudes a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
After seeking recommendations on the Confidential Norwich Suggestions group on Facebook for a local spot near Norwich to arrange a special pamper day for my mother and me, as I was struggling to find a suitable place. Harriet, the proprietor of HD Beauty, reached out to curate a customised package for myself, my companion, and our daughters. Harriet went the extra mile to accommodate us, even arranging for a gluten-free afternoon tea from a different vendor. Harriet, Victoria, and Catherine made sure the girls had a delightful time, displaying kindness, professionalism, and I wholeheartedly endorse them. Our treatments were all exceptional, and we will definitely return.
I have now visited twice and embarked on my BIAB journey with Victor. He made me feel completely comfortable and elaborated everything thoroughly; his expertise is evident. I adore having beautifully manicured nails and eagerly anticipate my monthly return for another session 😁 highly recommended
