Something's off with this nail salon. Used to be good, now it's terrible. Nails lifted and popped off within a week. Poor application and shaping. Can't even use the £5 discount. AVOID! Don't waste your money.

I scheduled an appointment for my 4-year-old Daughter's second official haircut. She is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, which can make new experiences challenging. The stylist was exceptional, providing support throughout the process and making the haircut a much smoother experience than I had anticipated. The stylist's interaction with my Daughter was fantastic, and she thoroughly enjoyed the entire appointment.
