Had a wonderful visit to Root 66 yesterday. Just wanted to express my gratitude to the team for the fantastic new hairstyle. I feel absolutely fabulous. My hair is now in excellent condition, and the special treatment I received left me feeling completely at ease. Highly recommend to everyone... convenient parking right outside the salon (free) and reasonable prices since it's not located in a town centre. Keep up the great work... I will definitely return.
Received extensions and multiple dye treatments here, but was never fully satisfied with the colour. The pre-bonded extensions I had in for three months resulted in the loss of 41 bonds, despite being assured that only 5-10 would be shed and they would last 8 months. Upon removal today, I was only refunded a minimal amount compared to the nearly £300 I paid. I am extremely disappointed with the current state of my hair, which is now in terrible condition, significantly thinner, and at least 3 inches shorter than before the extensions, as evident in comparison photos.
Carla and her team cater to almost all members of my family. They are consistently welcoming and highly skilled stylists. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
