From the moment I walked in the door until I left the salon, my barber was fantastic 🥰 Alex was extremely attentive, courteous and went above and beyond for me! He even went out to fetch me some soy milk for my tea 🥹 (which was delicious!) Alex truly made me feel at ease, advised me on hair colours for my balayage, and even gave a delightful head massage. I can confidently say that the service here was the finest I have encountered in Bury St Edmunds. I have already scheduled my next appointment 🙌🏼 Alex is truly exceptional and a skilled hair colourist/stylist ✨️
Had a wonderful gel manicure today, called last minute and snagged an appointment with Maggie. She was incredibly kind, professional, and did an excellent job on my nails, exactly as I requested!! The salon is gorgeous and exudes a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in; I would highly recommend it!!
I had the most delightful experience at the bury salon yesterday. My friend and I went for hair and makeup for a night out, and it was genuinely the best blow dry I've ever had. The young lady (whose name I can't recall) was very kind and shared tips on how to maintain my style longer. She pinned it up so I could release it at home later to let the curls set more. The makeup artist was also fantastic and ensured we were completely satisfied before we left... the coffee was delicious, and overall, it was a truly elevated experience 🙂 I'm planning to squeeze in another blow dry this week; I think I'm becoming addicted! My hair is still voluminous and intact 24 hours later, which is a bonus ⭐️
