Sarah pierced my son's ears last weekend, and she was excellent with him (6 years old), very patient, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended! I cannot fault any of the staff here; they are always so lovely even when it's busy. The shop is quite small, so it can get crowded at times, but they always have lots of beautiful items in stock! X
My partner and I decided to get our ears pierced today, and it was a fantastic experience. Sarah immediately made us feel comfortable, and we had a great time which helped ease our nerves! All the staff were incredibly friendly and talkative! We will definitely return for more piercings in the future! Thank you so much!
I'm 17 years old, and I had my college ID and card to prove my age. I was spoken to by a very rude man behind the counter who told me I could not have my ears pierced, even though I had them done a few weeks before this incident. I will be informing people I know not to get their piercings here as your customer service is very poor. Thank you.
