Oh my goodness, I have experienced three monthly lymphatic drainage massages now with Eva and I must say I feel like a rejuvenated individual. My primary issue was in my upper arm, where it felt like a cluster of elastic bands tightening and causing discomfort in my armpit and occasionally spreading across my chest.
