First and last visit. Utterly let down. 4 staff members. 2 clients attended to. No one informed us that the stylist working on the client before my daughter would be delayed. Waited 25 minutes before finally getting in the chair. I had mentioned when booking the appointment that our previous stylist only sprayed my daughter's hair damp to hide the scissor marks. She also dried and straightened it for even ends. The girl assured me it would be booked as a dry cut but the stylist would know. That did not happen!!!! Just a dry cut. 17 minutes later, we were finished and charged £25 for a 14-year-old's dry trim. So that's a whopping £75 per hour if you calculate it!!!! Won't return there again. I'd rather drive 40 minutes to our old hairdressers!
