I visited this salon recently and was disheartened by the lack of cleanliness, resulting in an unpleasant experience. The staff displayed rudeness when I requested a fresh towel to remove some hair from my face. I do not recommend this service unless it serves as your sole option.

Cannot praise Sonia highly enough. Delighted with the assistance received and the courteous manner on the telephone. Managed to accommodate me at very short notice for an updo and was a delight to have style my hair. Furthermore, her styling skills were exceptional! I will definitely return solely to have Sonia attend to my hair once more!

I sought to back a local hair salon and scheduled an appointment during Tier 4 of the Pandemic. Directed to the ebony sofa, which upon closer examination was covered in strands. The individual who washed my hair was friendly and talkative; however, the haircut was notably uneven, lacking a final check. Surveying the premises, the salon appeared quite unclean. The product shelves and the shelf in front of the cutting mirror were exceedingly dusty, not from recent neglect. The floor was soiled, necessitating a thorough cleaning. The stylist, potentially the owner, left the establishment to run an errand, leaving her client unattended in the chair. Presumably due to her familiarity, the client did not seem to mind the lack of attention. Such practices do not align with my expectations for a salon. Upon returning home and inspecting my hair, I was greatly disappointed with the overall outcome. I believe that with more effort and ongoing training, I might consider giving this salon another chance!
