Excellent service and a professional approach to beauty! I've been a loyal customer at this beauty salon for over 3 years, ever since I brought my daughter and her friends for their prom preparations. I was impressed then, and I continue to be impressed now! Recently, I had my shellac nails done and they turned out perfect. I absolutely loved them. Prior to that, I had eyelash extensions and touch-ups done, and the service was excellent. Well done to the team!
The most appalling service I've ever encountered. I had been a patron of the Beauty Retreat before the pandemic, and it was just about average. However, when I visited a month ago for a patch test on my eyebrows, the beautician/receptionist managed to ruin my silk/cashmere jumper by applying too much tint on the plaster, causing a permanent black stain. The way the management team and customer service handled the situation left me speechless. They made me feel as though I was to blame for using their services and wasting not only my jumper but also a significant amount of my time. In the end, they failed to clean the jumper (despite my repeated requests) and the compensation they offered for the ruined item was simply inadequate.
