I can't understand why there are negative comments about this place. The staff were friendly, and the salon was quite tidy. I only paid £40 for my nails, which I think is a reasonable price. The technician I had was pleasant, although she kept reminding me to relax my fingers while filing my nails vigorously. Interestingly, my friend, who is the same age as me but shorter, had to get permission from her mum to have her nails done, which I found a bit unfair. Overall, apart from that, I had a good experience.
I have been to this salon twice now. The first time, I requested ombré nails from light to dark, but it was done the other way around. One nail was left slightly lifted, causing moisture to accumulate underneath.
This is my third visit to this salon, and my nails always turn out beautifully. The staff are skilled and courteous, but I believe there is room for improvement. The cleanliness of the salon and the equipment could be better. I felt a bit pressured when choosing my nail colour, and the overall experience wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. I hope they work on these aspects in the future.
