I am so impressed with this hair salon! I frequented the same hair salon for years until the owner decided to sell the business. Feeling lost, I tried a new salon only to discover that both stylists smoked, leaving my hair reeking of nicotine. One day, while in Arbury Court, I stumbled upon a salon and decided to inquire about their services and prices. I am grateful that I did because I immediately connected with Alex, who was welcoming and informative. I have been a loyal customer ever since, and I adore how she styles and colours my hair! In today's world, finding an excellent yet affordable salon is a challenge, so I am delighted to have found Alex! Thank you!
My poor dad had his hair cut at this salon over the weekend, and it has been a disaster! The cut is uneven, much shorter than requested, with chunks missing, and looks absolutely dreadful. We now have to seek another salon to fix his hair, and he will have to go for an extremely short style to rectify the situation. I will never return to this salon or recommend it to anyone. My dad was left in tears and is now facing a drastic change from his shoulder-length hair to a pixie cut!!!!! I wouldn't trust this salon to correct the mistake even if they offered to do so.
I always get my hair styled at this salon, Olivia is fantastic, so warm and talkative, always willing to go the extra mile. The pricing is also excellent value for money.
