Steer clear of this salon! Utterly unprofessional. After leaving a negative review, the salon manager contacted me, pressuring to retract it citing business impact. I suspect this is their routine for all negative feedback. Hence, the validity of the "5-star" reviews, mostly from accounts with minimal reviews, is questionable! Twice I booked with Elle, but someone else did my lashes! Regardless of your booking, they'll assign you randomly! My lashes were disappointingly short, akin to regular ones!
I fell unwell, rang six hours ere my slot, yet they insisted on charging me. I had to drag myself to their salon to ensure fair billing despite my illness. The owner seems unconcerned about risking other clients' health, as they suggested I still attend despite being unwell. Their cancellation policy is absurd, requiring a 48-hour notice, which is reasonable unless it's due to illness. What baffles me is their lack of empathy for customers falling ill on the day and calling six hours prior. Despite being a loyal patron for years, I am dissatisfied and vow never to return!
