Extremely well-managed establishment, with a user-friendly online booking system. The haircuts provided are of exceptional quality and the prices are reasonable. As a frequent traveller who often requires last-minute appointments, I rely on Kwame whenever I'm in London. His online booking system enables me to easily view available slots and make appointments even when I'm thousands of miles away.
Although I've never actually had a haircut at this establishment, I have visited to pick up and drop off packages. The owner, Mark, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He greets you with a warm smile, is extremely helpful and accommodating, and goes above and beyond to ensure that I can collect a delayed package. Visiting this place always lifts my spirits.
This shop can be quite perplexing to navigate. Every time you walk in, you encounter a different barber, often a new black gentleman. Some of them have quirky personalities that may catch you off guard.
