The treatment I received has left me with lasting scars. I underwent two rounds of collagen injections in July 2023, and even now in November, I am still dealing with significant hyperpigmentation as a result. What's most frustrating is that: 1. The potential for hyperpigmentation was not disclosed as a side effect in the treatment documentation. 2. Despite informing the Director of my tendency towards hyperpigmentation before proceeding with the treatment, I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue. 3. I raised concerns about continuing with the second round of injections due to lingering side effects from the first, but I was reassured that it was safe to proceed.
