The establishment is neat and organized, however, I am dissatisfied with the nail treatment. The technician did not execute the job properly, leaving acrylic residue on the skin around my nails which she neglected to remove or file. The uneven length of the nails is noticeable, some being longer than others, and the shape is subpar upon close inspection. There is a gap between my natural nail and the artificial tip, and the technician seemed unsure about the pricing and services offered. When I sought clarification, she kept changing her responses, displaying unprofessional behaviour.

My recent visit was disappointing. The eyelash extension area was untidy and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. During the procedure, scissors were carelessly left on the bed and accidentally poked my face. Following the eyelash extensions, there were visible white glue spots and a rough finish that left me stunned considering the £100 price tag. As a monthly eyelash extension customer, this was the worst experience I've encountered – excessive use of glue, potential damage to lashes, and discomfort post-treatment.

I have been a loyal patron of this salon for quite some time now, and I cannot imagine going elsewhere! The service is consistently outstanding. Harriet is warm and hospitable, making me feel at ease every visit. I always schedule my manicures with Li, who is incredibly meticulous, ensuring that my nails look impeccable each time. I recently had my birthday nails done there :)
