I've pre-booked a massage with a specific therapist at this establishment on two consecutive occasions, only to have it cancelled last minute. When using the booking app, I selected an available appointment slot, it's disappointing that this happened twice in a row. I feel compelled to warn others to be cautious and seek services elsewhere, where they are more reliable and professional. Unfortunately, this place lacks professionalism.
Appalling experience! Staff lacking proper qualifications and poor English skills, during the massage (if you can even call it that) I could hear sounds from the next room, there's a strong smell in the air, only workers from Romania, seems more like a brothel that I will certainly be reporting to the authorities.
*Genuine Feedback* No response to my email regarding the therapist assigned to my session, upon arrival they seemed unaware of who was supposed to treat me. Session started late, then I was informed I'd have to pay an additional £40 for my glutes?! Which should have been included in the 'full body' one hour massage. I was then rushed and didn't even receive a complete hour session as the therapist wanted to close up early. Management, how do you plan to address this issue?
