I am utterly dismayed by the service provided here. I attended a consultation for one procedure, but was coerced into opting for another (highly unethical). The initial cost skyrocketed from under a thousand to thousands, preying on my vulnerabilities to coax me into paying. The post-treatment care was virtually non-existent. Despite my complaints, they only scheduled a follow-up appointment after much persistence, yet the reception team was unwelcoming and I endured over an hour's wait for the consultant. I had to leave as he didn't reach out until 10 PM! When I requested the official complaints procedure, they flat out refused to disclose it. Similarly, when I asked for my medical records, they denied my request. I am now left with a botched procedure and a significant financial loss. Incredibly disheartening! Avoid this place. There are far superior clinics that prioritize your well-being and adhere to ethical standards.
The staff were amiable, and I was initially excited to proceed with the treatment as I was EAGER to achieve flawless skin in time for my wedding. However, the outcome was disastrous! I spent over £800 on products with the assurance that they would be effective and yield lasting results, only to find out later that my skin deteriorated significantly! I was not properly informed about the treatment and had to conduct most of the research myself. I was unaware that hydroquinone is a steroid that requires gradual cessation, which can be challenging. This was the main product used, and when I began the regimen, it initially showed promising results and my skin looked flawless. This was six months before my wedding. Hydroquinone should not be used continuously for more than 3-4 months, yet I was never informed about this. I did all the research independently, and when I raised concerns, I was simply advised to purchase additional products to address the issues. However, my skin went through a severe purging phase, ruining my appearance for my wedding. A complete waste of over £800.
